- Head to the Verizon refer a friend page and login to your Verizon account. Alternatively, log in via the My Fios App.
- You’ll find your unique referral code there, which can be easily shared with friends and family.
- Ensure that your friend uses your code when they sign up for their qualifying Verizon service(s).
- You’ll receive a $100 pre-paid Mastercard® once your friend has been signed up for 60 days – so long as their payments are up to date.
To Be Referred
- Ensure you have your friend’s referral code – ask them to share it with you if not.
- Head to the Refer a Friend page and enter the code in the box.
- You’ll receive a card to the value displayed next to the name of the service you’re purchasing.
Referrer: $100 Mastercard
Friend: $50-100 Mastercard
Existing Account Required?: Yes

Both of my grandparents just joined with Verizon switched over from ATT who they have had for their WHOLE lives (they are in their 80s now). During the process, they got stressed out and confused and totally forgot to use the referral codes that I gave them. My question is is there anyway in the world that someone from Verizon can help us and make it right by applying my referral codes to their accounts? Please it would mean the world to them they feel so bad that we are going to miss out because of a mindless mistake like that.. thank you for your time .
